I like people, corny stuff and feel good times. I love saying Versailles, and I really like hobos, photography and music, books and concerts. Being cold under the covers and watching Arrested Development with popcorn. I do word searches on an almost daily basis. I spend entirely too much time at Barnes and Noble with my best friend. The only thing I want to do with my life is surround myself with music and write, so I'm currently going to school to be a music journalist. I'm on chapter nine (out of twenty-six) of my first novel.

"If you do not breathe through writing, if you do not cry out in writing, or sing in writing, then don't write, because our culture has no use for it."
-Anais Nin.

“So you want to be a writer? If it doesn’t come bursting out of you in spite of everything, don’t do it. Unless it comes unasked out of your heart and your mind and your mouth and your gut, don’t do it.”
- Charles Bukowski.

"[Upon death] I'm so sure you'll get asked only two questions. Were most of your stars out? Were you busy writing your heart out? If only you knew how easy it would be for you to say yes to both questions. If only you'd remember before ever you sit down to write that you've been a reader long before you were ever a writer. You simply fix that fact in your mind, then sit very still and ask yourself, as a reader, what piece of writing in all the world Buddy Glass would most want to read if he had his heart's choice. The next step is terrible, but so simple I can hardly believe it as I write it. You just sit down shamelessly and write the thing yourself. I won't even underline that. It's too important to be underlined. Oh, Buddy, dare to do it! Trust your heart. You're a deserving craftsman. It would never betray you."
- JD Salinger.
